I did a wopping 28.08 miles this past week on my trusty treadmill. I really want to get the incline option fixed, though, I think it'd give me a better work-out if I could play with it.
So now I'm down to 450.73 miles to go to get to my dream editor's office. Slow and steady makes the race, both in walking and writing, it would seem.
How about you guys, anyone have any physical activity to report? Something that is increasing your energy, picking your metabolism up off the ground? Would love to hear about it.
Surrendering to Him,
Eileen

wow, you are really working out :)
We go to Lifetime Fitness Center and try to work out, but with this busy life now... it's hard to get any excercise done.
We walk together though-and i love it :)
That's really good. I love to run but I'm still working on solving my shin split problem.
You stopped by my blog and saw what I'm doing. It's killing me, but I'm going to keep at it!
wow, keep up the god work
oh and by the way, would you be interested in visiting my blog
http://petsnaps.blogspot.com
you send me a pic of your pet and i upload it to the site.
hope to see you there
I haven't been doing anything physical, but I was proud of myself 'cause last week I took three long walks. It's a start.
I have a small trampoline in my bedroom that I get on and walk. Yup! Doctor's orders; walk. I was up to 3,000 steps per day, until we moved. Now, I'm working my way back up.
I read somewhere that if you walk 10,000 steps each day, you WILL lose weight. It's apparently true because I've been losing, steadily.
By the way, I only count every other step, so whatever I am walking is doubled, according to Doc. 10,000 steps is only 5,000 per foot.
Keep up the good work. ~ Yaya
You inspire me!
I love the gym, I'd live there if I could. I work with a trainer once a week, two other days I take a boxing class. LOVE IT! If I don't get my exercise I feel stale.
Good for you! I have to get outside to get motivated. I can't make myself stay on a treadmill for very long.
My daughter has a deal that if I do 30 minutes of exercise then she will call me. I hate the deal, but I love to talk with her.
Shampooing carpets! Push, pull, up and down for spots... Yes, I'm getting my workout in!
I've procrastinated long enough! I finally started taking an early morning walk... sometimes still in my jammies. My lab Sadie joins me in the brisk morning air to take in the smells and sounds of the farm. I hope to steadily work up to greater distances than the boundaries of our farm.
CONGRATS! *clap clap clap clap clap!*
My running is going well - it'll be a year next month that I took it up and I can really see the changes in my body and health :)
I boxed for 5 hours last week. Not all in one go of course :)
Go you on the treadmill!
Kudos to you. I used to run marathons, even ultras but could never do more than 4 miles on a treadmill. I have to be outside!
Unfortunately I can't run anymore but I dug 7 huge holes in my yard to plant 7 trees and it was a ton of work!
I am hooked on yoga. it's the hard kind so I think it really does get my metabolism going!
I've been doing simple exercises, which are great, but I need to get to doing some cardio, too.
Hope you're well, Eileen!
nice post looking for to visit more thanks for sharing blessings...
